I specialize in helping older teens, young adults, and adults explore the impact of their lived experiences, past and present, on their self, mental health, and well-being. I take a client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach with my clients to create personalized plans to manage difficult and painful experiences, emotions, and stressors.
