Dr. James Krumpak

Dr. James Krumpak Our office FB page will keep you up to date with goings-on in our practice, as well as provide you with natural health care news and lifestyle advice.

Our natural health care practice primarily utilizes chiropractic manual and instrument assisted manipulation, acupuncture, and associated physiotherapies, for treatment of a wide variety of health conditions. We have an emphasis on conditions of the human skeletal frame, meaning not only the spine, but the entire upper and lower limb complexes, pelvis, and head. That being said, our treatment proc

edures also are effective for many internal conditions, involving the digestive, reproductive, cardio-circulatory, respiratory, and hormonal systems, and for neurological and psychological conditions. Please visit our web site referenced to the left of this office introduction, where you will be able to find much more detailed information about our practice. There is also a video you can access either by using the top right forward arrow button on the web site, or the video link below my photo on this page.

The weather has finally gotten nicer and we're all outside doing yardwork. Don't ignore that pain, be it back, neck, shoulder, arm, hip, leg, knee, or a combination thereof that lasts more than a couple of days. If your pain sticks around, address it sooner rather than later to save yourself both the time and expense of taking care of what has now become a big problem after starting as a little problem, not to mention saving yourself the days, weeks or months that you put up with it hoping it would still go away. Better yet, get a mechanical tune-up of your body before tackling a big project. You'll thank yourself for it. See you my office. We're here for you!

For many of us, stress has become a common companion. In our practice, we frequently see how chronic stress manifests physically in our patients’ bodies, particularly through muscle tension.

We've changed the clocks to Daylight Savings Time and the weather is taking a warmer turn. That's a happy thing for most of us, but it does mean that many will be more active in, around and outside of the house after our work days are done. The machine that is your body needs to be tuned up so that it can work properly the same as any other inanimate machine, like a riding lawn mower or a car. Save yourself the aggravation of requiring extended treatment, be it in this chiropractic office or somewhere else, not to mention the aggravation of having to shut yourself down from recreational or home project activities due to something getting out of alignment with your spine or other body mechanical structures. Call us for an appointment and get your parts oiled!

Just a quick note to inform you that our office will be open for normal hours (that is all day) on Monday January 20, Martin Luther King Day. In fact, we are open for several other official holidays through the year, including President's Day, Veterans Day, and Columbus/Indigenous Peoples Day. See you soon.

Today, Wednesday Jan 8, our office is open in the morning. While we are regularly closed on Wednesdays, we are here today because of holiday and travel disruptions of normal office hours over the past few weeks. Our Thursday(open all day) and Friday(open until noon) hours this week are as per usual, and then next week we are back to normal office hours.

As Christmas and the end of year holidays are upon us now, there are some schedule changes in our office that you should be aware of. This week, beginning Monday December 16, we are on normal schedule. That is, all day on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and until noon on Friday. Next week, Christmas week, we are in all day on Monday Dec 23, and then not again until Friday. We then will be closed the entire week after, beginning on Monday Dec 30, and also the next Monday, January 6, 2025. The office will re-open on Tues, Jan7 with regular hours to follow from there on. So again, we are here this week all week for you if you need to get in here. Another thing to keep in mind is where you stand with your insurance coverage and whether or not you have remaining visits for 2024 that will go away and not carry over if you don't use them in 2024. God bless to all as you celebrate and commemorate the holidays with your loved ones.

I trust the Thanksgiving holiday was a healthy and happy one for you all and your families. After altered hours last week due to the holiday, we are back on our normal schedule for the next three weeks leading up to Christmas week, when we will again be working different hours for that week. So that means that we are open and seeing patients all day on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday beginning at 8:30, and open until noon on Fridays. See you soon!
