Breathe Yoga Breathe Yoga is a community space for movement, mindfulness and meaningful connection. We offer a wide variety of classes for every level student.

Come as you are and discover the power of presence, practice and shared experience. I am passionate about exposing students to the sacred physical and philosophical practice of yoga. I consider it my true honor to work with beginning students. If you always thought about trying yoga--I'd love to practice with you. I believe that yoga is for everyBODY! We never force ourselves into any positions an

d always provide multiple alternatives for different levels. We spend time learning how physical postures feel in our bodies, using our breath as a guide. Looking forward to flowing with you!! Class descriptions below! Restorative yoga is a restful practice where we hold poses passively for longer periods of time. We use props to relax the muscles and restore the body. One pose may be held from 5-20 minutes. We welcome in stillness to tap into our parasympathetic nervous system where we rest and digest. You can expect a mellow, low energy flow that encourages you inward. This flow is accessible for all. Yin Yoga is a quiet, contemplative practice. We target the connective tissues, ligaments and deep fascia by holding poses in an active stretch for long periods of time. Each class may include 5-7 positions, held for 5-8 minutes. Vinyasa yoga is an energetic, athletic flow class that strings together various yoga poses. We aim to attach breath to movement and place each posture with intention.

We are delighted announce that Aimee Miller will begin teaching at Breathe on Wednesday, May 6th. Many of you may recognize Aimee, as she has practiced at Breathe for the last year! Welcome home, Aimee!!

Aimee is a yoga teacher grounded in the belief that mindful movement is medicine—that when we slow down and listen inward, we create space to come back to ourselves. She brings that same intention to her students, leading classes rooted in embodiment, using breath and movement to quiet the mind and reconnect with our true essence. She’s passionate about empowering students to tune into their bodies and honor what they need in each moment, offering plenty of options so the practice feels personal, not prescriptive, and so students can carry that same inner trust with them off the mat.

Aimee completed her 200-hour teacher training in April 2026 and brings genuine curiosity and warmth to everything she teaches. She looks forward to a lifetime of learning, growing and exploring this practice alongside her community. Practice Vinyasa Flow with Aimee on Wednesdays at 6pm!

With a full heart, we want to share that we are saying goodbye to our beloved teacher Julie Snyder as she welcomes in new opportunities in a neighboring town. Thankfully, It’s not a full goodbye-as Julie will continue to offer a monthly class/workshop—starting with a flight school class to work on strength and inversions on May 17th.

Julie brought a rare combination of strength, fire, and grounded wisdom into every class she taught. Her voice guided, challenged, and steadied all at once. She didn’t just teach poses—she created space for people to meet themselves honestly, sometimes fiercely, and always with compassion.
What sets Julie apart isn’t only what happens on the mat, though. It’s the way she lives her practice beyond it. The grace she extends to others, the kindness in every interaction, and the quiet but powerful way she holds space without ego or competition—those are the things that leave a lasting imprint. Julie embodies what so many of us are still learning: that strength and softness can coexist, and that true power doesn’t need to prove itself. Thank you for sharing your tremendous gifts with us!! Join us in wishing Julie well in this next chapter!!

Slow down, settle in, and reconnect with your body in this deeply restorative Yin Yoga class. Designed to target the connective tissues—ligaments, joints, and fascia—this practice invites you to hold gentle poses for longer periods, allowing the body to open gradually and safely.
Expect a calm, meditative pace with an emphasis on stillness, breath awareness, and mindful presence. Each posture is supported with props and options, making the class accessible for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
