Licensed Physical Therapist:
Lindsy B Campbell, PT, DPT, Cert MDT She worked in rural Alaska and California before returning to Polson, her hometown.

Lindsy graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the The University of Washington in 2015. She became Certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy in 2019 after taking numerous courses on physical therapy treatment for disorders of the spine. Lindsy has also taken advanced courses on the treatment of chronic pain and women’s health issues including pelvic floor physical therapy. She h

as been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 2012 and a member of the McKenzie Institute since 2015. Lindsy graduated from Polson High School and received a Certificate of Fluency in Spanish form the University of Seville in 2006. She then went on to earn her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from the University of Montana in 2011. She competed in cycling in college and was on two national podiums. When she is not treating patients she enjoys biking, running, skiing, and eating fruit from her family’s orchard.

The Female Endurance Athlete

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 PM at Polson High School Room 207
Fee: $20
Limit: 20 participants
This course will cover topics specific to female athletes. We will cover strength training, injury prevention, recovery techniques, flexibility, nutrition, and special considerations for female athletes throughout their lifespan. Part of this class will be didactic, but there will also be a high level of participation. We will exercise together and design individualized training and nutrition programs.
