On May 2nd we celebrated Beltane (May Day) with a potluck & a May Pole. Traditionally, this was how Germany, England & Scandinavians celebrated nature's renewal & the blessings of crops. It was a fun way to kick off Spring time.

The mist is clinging to the valley, the greens are turning vibrant, and the energy of the land is waking up—Beltane is almost here! We are so excited to gather for our community potluck this Saturday to celebrate the season of growth and connection.

We love seeing what everyone brings, so we’ve pulled together some "Beltane-inspired" themes to spark your creativity. Feel free to interpret these however you like:

- Anything Lemon: Think bright, zesty, and sunny.

- Fresh Berries & Cream: Celebrate the season’s sweetness.

- Honey-Infused Treats: A nod to the abundance of spring.

- Herbal Refreshments: Think iced coffees, floral teas, or lemonades.

- Garden-Fresh Greens: Pasta salads, roasted asparagus, or anything with herbs.

- Sun-Inspired Breads or Cakes: Rustic loaves or golden-baked sweets.

- Fire-Kissed Savories: Grilled burgers, mushrooms, or charred veggies.

There’s no pressure to stick to these, but if you’re looking for a little inspiration, these vibes are perfect for our feast!
