We are trying to get more walk and talk therapy sessions in during these summer months but the best time to do walk and talk sessions are early in the morning and after 5pm in the evening.

This morning we had a great therapeutic conversation during our walk and talk session and of course nature has a great way of teaching us lessons as well.

For instance this fallen tree we came across can represent so many things: roadblocks, heartaches, heartbreaks, grief, loss, pain, the many struggles we sometimes or often experience in life. But you don’t have to navigate these moments alone.

Counseling is about having a therapeutic relationship with a professional you trust so that you can explore your experiences and feelings in a safe and supportive environment.

The end result is multifold. It’s about learning to understand oneself and others more, to find peace and harmony within oneself, to become our truest and best authentic selves, and to find comfort, peace, purpose and happiness within ourselves and throughout our journey through life.

I’m rambling on now but gosh I really love a good walk and talk 😃
