Before you knew me as a doula and womb practitioner, I was a woman who understood the power of being held, supported, and cared for.
Today I hold that same sacred space for women through womb healing, birth support, and traditional postpartum care!

Please allow me to share who I’ve always been becoming. I am a traditional Full Spectrum Doula, womb practitioner, and holistic healer devoted to supporting women through every sacred stage of their journey. Through fertility, birth work, postpartum care, and spiritual healing practices, I am continuously finding ways to create spaces where women feel seen, supported, and deeply cared for 🩵

If this resonates please reach out to schedule your consultation to dive deeper

Birth isn’t something women are meant to do alone. 🤍

One of the most powerful things I do as a doula is help partners step into their role with confidence.
We practiced:
✨ Comfort techniques
✨ Positions for labor
✨ How dad can support mom physically and emotionally
Because when a partner knows how to help, everything changes.
Mom feels supported.
Dad feels empowered.
And birth becomes a shared experience instead of something scary.

This is the kind of preparation every family deserves.
If you’re pregnant and want to feel truly prepared for birth, I’d love to support you.

Oh nothing… just over here being a baby whisperer 🥹

The lengths I’ll go to so a new mama can take a long, uninterrupted shower.

A shower is GOALS for many new moms. It’s often skipped when not an extra set of hands around. It’s a moment of solace, allowing the water to wash over your body and spirit. Allowing you to feel anew even for the next couple of minutes.

In postpartum care, doulas can often think they need to clean, cook, organize, or get through a to-do list. And do, cause sometimes that is the goal. But the truth is… the most important task is tending to mama and baby.

This is also why I prepare meals and snacks at home beforehand so it doesn’t cut into the time I’m there supporting her.

Everything else can be moved around.
The dishes can wait.
The baby’s laundry can wait.

But a mother being supported in her most tender moments? That cannot wait.

So yes… in this moment even if it’s just 20 minutes, holding the baby is the task.

Supporting mothers during postpartum is sacred work. 🤍✨

Let’s talk about forgiveness ❤️‍🔥

What you don’t forgive doesn’t disappear, it settles. In your heart. In your body. In your womb.
Left untended, it builds walls and grows deep roots. It creates tension. Stagnation. Dis-ease.
Today my client wrote two letters, one to herself, one to the person she needed to forgive. Nothing withheld. Nothing sugarcoated.
Then we set them on fire. 🔥
Not from anger, but from release. Releasing the story. Releasing the weight. Releasing the hold it had on her body.
Forgiveness isn’t saying it was okay. It’s saying, I will not carry this anymore.
And sometimes healing looks like striking a match and letting it all go.
If you’re ready to release what your body has been holding…
If you’re tired of carrying stories that no longer serve you…
It might be time for your own forgiveness ritual. 🔥
If this resonates with you book Womb Healing consultation and allow me to create space for softness, flow, and true release.
Your spirit deserves to feel free.

Leading by example is a non-negotiable for me as a doula and womb practitioner.
As a birth worker, I cannot ask a mother to slow down, soften, hydrate, rest, nourish her womb, tend to her emotions, or create ritual… if I am not doing that for myself.
This is what self-care looks like. This is what moving with intention looks like. This is what integrity in healing work looks like.
When I tell my clients to:
• sit with their emotions instead of suppressing them• take their herbal baths consistently• nourish their bodies with warming foods• protect their energy postpartum• create space for integration after ceremony
…it’s because I live it.
I rest.I take my own spiritual baths.I pray over myself the way I pray over my clients.I receive bodywork.I have elders and mentors I lean on.I invest in my own healing.
You deserve a practitioner who is actively tending to her own womb, nervous system, and spirit.
Your therapist should have a therapist.Your coach should have a coach.Your doula should have a consistent self-care routine in place.
Because holding space is sacred work. And if I am depleted, disconnected, or dysregulated, I cannot fully hold you through your becoming.
Leading by example means my life reflects the medicine I offer.
It means when I say “slow down,” I’ve slowed down. When I say “honor your body,” I honor mine. When I say “your healing matters,” I’m actively tending to my own.
This work is not performance. It’s embodiment.
And embodiment is what makes the healing real.

Laying of the Hands, Womb Massage practice honors the lineage of women who healed before modern medicine, relying on intuition, sacred herbs, and divine connection. A session from me may include

✨ Grounding Meditation: allow clearances and maintain safety for client, easing tension to allow paths for healing
✨ Energetic scanning: as I gently place my hands over the womb, sacral, and heart areas to sense blockages or imbalances.
✨ Massage: Gentle circular movements around the navel, lower abdomen, hips, and sacrum help release tension, support lymph flow, and stimulate the uterus and digestive organs.
✨ Energy channeling: I may use Reiki-like energy transfer, ancestral prayers, or affirmations to restore spiritual alignment.
✨ Integration: The session ends with grounding touch on the heart or head, affirming wholeness and peace.

The benefits are both physical emotional and spiritual.
🪷 Supports menstrual health, fertility, and postpartum healing
🪷 Improves circulation and digestion
🪷 Relieves pelvic tension, cramps
🪷 Releases stored grief, trauma, and ancestral pain
🪷 Reawakens sensual and creative energy
🪷 Deepens connection to divine feminine essence and self-love
🪷 Creates emotional balance and inner peace

The womb holds our stories, our strength, and our softness. Through sacred touch, we remember who we are.

Re-Activation with Sound Frequency 💓

During this womb healing session, I was moved to play both the sacral and heart sound bowls, allowing their frequencies to awaken her womb and gently activate the heart–womb connection. These vibrations were intentional, created to help stagnation move, unravel, and release from the body with grace.
Sound doesn’t just heal, it reveals. Frequencies travel through the body at a cellular level, illuminating what has been quietly stored, unspoken, or carried for too long. What the heart has been holding, the womb often remembers. Through sound, the body is invited to listen, to soften, and to let go without judgment.
Frequencies also recharge. They restore vitality where depletion has lived, harmonizing the nervous system and bringing the body back into resonance. This ancient medicine creates space for recalibration, clearing energetic pathways and making room for balance, calm, and inner harmony.
Sometimes the work isn’t about doing more. It’s about allowing.Allowing the body to soften.Allowing the womb to speak.Allowing yourself to return home.
This is where reconciliation begins, within. This is where the body remembers how to rest, how to receive, how to re-emerge whole.

❤︎ If your body is calling for release, restoration, or remembrance, this may be your invitation.
When you’re ready, I’m here to hold space.

What the heart is feeling, the womb is revealing. ☽

Stress and or overwhelm doesn’t just live in the mind, it settles in the body. It can manifest as delayed or irregular me**es, a cold womb, or other physical symptoms rooted in the womb space. The body keeps score. It remembers. It holds, stores, and protects the emotions we don’t always have the language or space to release.

As a womb practitioner, part of my work is to listen beyond words, to feel what’s present beneath the surface. With consent, I hold space while working with these energy centers, assisting trapped energy to move so it no longer stays pent up in the heart or the womb. This is where womb–heart coherence comes in, a concept spoken of in somatic and energetic healing. It’s the synergy between these centers, the alignment that allows them to dance together in rhythm rather than opposition.

Sometimes the work looks like focused breath. Sometimes guided meditation. Sometimes stillness. This is also where instinctive tools come forward, where spirit leads and both taught and intuitive wisdom takes the reins. Before every session, I pray. I sit in silence. And without fail, the tools that are needed are revealed before the client even arrives.
It’s magically wild, honestly. I often feel the energy before I meet someone, before they walk through the door. The body speaks long before the mouth does.

If this kind of healing is calling you, trust that call.
Reach out when you’re ready, your body already knows the way. 🌹
