Stephanie Knol Doula Birth is an amazing and life changing event. I support birthing people (of all genders) and their partners before, during, and after birth.

I will listen to you, give emotional and physical support, and help you move through and
process the unexpected. I offer inclusive and affirming doula support and childbirth education classes (private and group). My classes prepare you with information on birth and evidence-based practices, but also support your emotional and spiritual journey as an individual or a couple. As a doula, I will support you prenatally, during labor and birth, and as you transition into the postpartum period. My highest goal is to help you bring love, compassion, connection and courage with you as you journey through the perinatal period and welcome your baby and your parent-self into the world. I am excited to work with birthing people and their partners of all genders and sexual orientations. I was previously certified as a Birth Doula through DONA in 2008 and as a Postpartum Doula through CAPPA in 2013. Currently I am in the process of obtaining certification through Birthing From Within as. Childbirth Mentor and Doula.
