🌹Some classes we hold close to our heart, this is one of those classes. For those of you who come to our monthly Sound Healings, this one integrates a deeper heart connection and ancestral healing that Spirit says is so needed for humanity at the moment.

For some, there is an overwhelming sense of disconnection to the past sacrifices of the elders, and for others, a present haunting of yesterday’s traumas that keeps one stagnant in fear.
