At hOMe, we believe in creating a space of respect, mindfulness, and flow. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to honor these guidelines:

🕉️ Arrive on Time – Classes start no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled time if you are signed in. Give yourself time to settle in and avoid disrupting others.

🔕 Silence Your Phone – Keep the space sacred by turning off notifications before class.

🚪 Respect the Space – If you arrive early please do not congregate near the yoga studios and keep your conversations low … If you arrive late within the 5-minute window, you will not be permitted to enter or cause a disturbance.

💦 cOMe Prepared – Bring your mat, towel, and water so you can stay focused and present.

🙏🏼 Honor the Practice – Whether you’re here for stillness or sweat, respect your journey and others’ by maintaining mindfulness throughout.
