📣 Hiring Pelvic Health Physical Therapist (Pompton Plains, NJ)

Hi everyone! I’m the owner of a small, pelvic health–focused clinic (Optimal Movement Physical Therapy) and we’re looking to add a PT to our team 💛

We’re a boutique, team-oriented clinic with a strong focus on pelvic health (prenatal, postpartum, core, return to fitness) while still incorporating orthopedic care.

What makes this role different:
• 1:1 care model — no double booking
• Max 1–2 patients per hour
• Pelvic-heavy caseload
• Very collaborative team — we regularly discuss cases and learn from each other
• Mentorship available if ortho skills are a bit rusty

Requirements:
• Licensed PT (NJ)
• Pelvic Floor Level 1 completed (required)
• Solid orthopedic foundation
• Strong communication and patient connection

Schedule:
• Part-time / per diem
• Evening availability required
• Flexible scheduling otherwise

Most Americans are only getting HALF of the recommended amount of fiber and the risk for young people getting colorectal cancer is going UP. Add a few more things onto your plate (along with hydration) and your pelvic floor (and rest of your body) will thank you!

These are just a few of many signs that your pelvic floor is healthy! Remember that “strong” doesn’t necessarily mean “tight” and just because you can do a Kegel, doesn’t mean your pelvic floor muscles are all working properly. Your pelvic floor needs to contract, lengthen, and coordinate to be healthy and if you can do these three things without issues, you’re off to a good start! 💪
