At Scanlan’s, we believe that every life is unique – and that every farewell should be, too. That’s why we’re deeply committed to creating services that are not only meaningful, but truly personal.

Whether it’s displaying a favorite collection, playing a loved one’s favorite song, or inviting guests to toast with a favorite drink, we want to create an experience that feels personal to the life being celebrated. Our goal is to create a space where families can not only mourn, but also smile, share stories, and reflect on what made their loved one special.

We’re grateful to the Feeney family for sharing their experience. Their kind words remind us why we do what we do and how important it is to honor life with compassion, creativity, and care.

It’s not always easy to talk about - but preplanning your end-of-life arrangements is one of the most thoughtful, loving gifts you can give your family.

When you take the time to make your wishes known, you remove the guesswork and the burden for the people who care about you most. You allow them to focus on remembering, honoring, and supporting one another during a very emotional time rather than worrying about details or making difficult decisions under pressure.

We believe that preplanning is about creating peace of mind for today - taking control of your story, your legacy, and how you want to be remembered.

Whether you know exactly what you want or are just beginning to explore your options, we’re here to walk you through it - without any pressure. You can ask questions, talk through choices, and take as much time as you need.
