This Nurses Week, we celebrate Justine Boynton, Director of Health and Wellness at Renaissance. Justine's story with our community runs deep. She started here years ago as a CNA and Med Tech, then returned a year and a half ago as our DHW after earning her LPN. She leads with compassion, consistency, and strong clinical judgment, advocating fiercely for both residents and staff. Justine has a gift for seeing the person behind the behavior, advocating for residents who may not have been successful elsewhere, and having the difficult but necessary conversations with confidence, honesty, and compassion. She also steps up to support our sister community in Stillwater whenever needed. Her leadership has shaped our culture of care, accountability, and teamwork.

This week at Renaissance of Ponca City, we pause to celebrate and honor the incredible nurses who are at the heart of everything we do, and this year's theme says it all: The Power of Nurses™.

That power shows up every single day in the dedication, compassion, and expertise our nurses bring to work, often in the most demanding and high-stakes moments imaginable. Their commitment to caring for others is nothing short of remarkable.

To our nurses: thank you! Thank you for the early mornings and late nights. Thank you for the steady hands, the calm voices, and the warm presence you bring to residents and families when they need it most. Thank you for going above and beyond, time and time again, without hesitation.

You are the backbone of this organization, and we are deeply grateful for everything you do. The power you bring to this team, and to every resident you interact with, does not go unnoticed.
