Ponca City Noon AMBUCS, is a nonprofit charitable organization serving Kay County and surrounding areas with a diverse membership dedicated to creating mobility and independence for people with disabilities.

An extremely busy time for the Ponca City Noon Ambucs. With new member orientation, joint efforts with PYE at Vortex, prep for Alley clean up, partnering with Lakeview Campground and store, and gearing up for Ice on The Plaza. With a busy time of year we were blessed to have Neil Spracklen production manager at Phillips 66 Refinery. Neil a 26/27 year veteran gave us a lot of information on refinery production. Thank you Neil for your time.
