We are so excited to announce our partnership withNext 1 Up to bring back our Equine Youth Therapy sessions! Thanks to the generosity of Next 1 up, we can help more youth in our community by offering Equine Therapy sessions throughout April.

Many people think hospice care is limited to just the final days or weeks of life—but that’s not always the case.

Hospice eligibility typically begins when a physician believes someone may have six months or less to live. However, if a patient continues to meet eligibility guidelines, care can continue beyond six months.

Starting hospice earlier can provide more time for comfort, support, and meaningful moments with loved ones. 💙
