Today we had Combat Syndicate show our staff and some guests from WhiteEagle Medical Clinic a few self defense moves. These little techniques were eye opening at what an individual can do to defend himself/herself off of an attacker. Thank you to Pioneer Technology’s Jenn Miller for setting this up and thank you to Combat Syndicate for taking time out of your day to teach our office a few defense strategies.
