I did a thing today.

Day one of testosterone pellets.

Finally got blood work done. My testosterone was at 31, and the optimal range my practitioner shared was over 85. Low testosterone is the sign it’s perimenopause. Weeeeee!

I’ll check in later and share how it goes. But here’s hoping for some more motivation, less body feeling old and
