1️⃣ Hydrate: Even in February, long hours outdoors can lead to dehydration. Bring water and limit sugary or alcoholic drinks.

2️⃣ Fuel Up: Eat a balanced meal before heading out. Protein + healthy carbs will keep your energy up.

3️⃣ Dress for the Weather: Layer up! Louisiana weather can change quickly. Comfortable shoes are a must.

4️⃣ Stay Sun Safe: Yes, even in winter! Wear sunscreen and sunglasses if you're out during the day.

5️⃣ Watch Your Step:Beads on the ground + crowded streets = fall risk. Keep an eye out and hold hands with children.

6️⃣ Keep Germs Away: Use hand sanitizer after catching beads and before eating.
