What is Bodywork and Holistic Massage Holistic Bodywork to balance the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual bodies over a period of time. Bodywork/Massage Techniques we use to restore balance include Relaxation/Swedish, ,Lomi-Lomi, touch therapy, pregnancy and medical massage.

Medical Massage assist to restore function and mobility to the body following an injury, accident or chronic overuse are very specialized and specific, requiring a treatment plan and multiple visits over a period of time to obtain results. Techniques used include deep tissue, massage cupping, neuromuscular therapy, lymphatic facilitation, active stretching, Sports ,& myofascial techniques. Medical Massage benefits are available through most major insurance carriers. Medical Massage benefits are for rehabilitative purposes and require a prescription. Each plan has varying specifications on frequency with treatment plans focusing on rehabilitation,injury treatment and oncology
