Help us wish a very happy Janiversary to our President, JJ O'Neil! 🎉
JJ joined our organization in 2006, in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, beginning his journey as Regional Director in New Orleans. Over the next six years, he set records for both sales performance and consistency, reaching a top year of $249,000 and averaging $115,000 annually during his tenure as Regional Director. Under his leadership, New Orleans became the top-grossing region in all of Jani-King. In 2012, JJ was promoted to Regional Vice President, where he took on responsibility for hiring, training, and supporting five regions, all of which flourished under his guidance. In 2018, he advanced to Executive Vice President, overseeing every Gulf Coast region, and in 2022, JJ was named President of the entire Gulf Coast operation.
Beyond performance, JJ has been instrumental in modernizing our organization. He has played a vital role in the digitization of our business across the Gulf Coast and in raising the standards for how we go to market, strengthening both our operational foundation and our competitive edge. He is both an executor and a teacher. His demeanor is calm, his intentions are steady, and for nearly 20 years he has consistently put his regions and franchisees first.
