📣 Exciting News! 🦷✨Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Dr. Tim Mixson, the newest member of our dental family here at Pontchartrain Dental!

Dr. Mixson is a proud LSU graduate who earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans, where he also received an Honors in Research distinction. He went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Foundry Dental Center, gaining extensive training in surgical implant placement, oral surgery, bone grafting, IV moderate sedation, and advanced digital dentistry.

After completing his residency, Dr. Mixson felt called to return to Louisiana to care for the community he loves. He and his fiancée Rachel now live in New Orleans with their pup, Tipitina — and when he’s not creating beautiful smiles, he enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants, and catching live music. 🎶
