This week, we gather in the energy of becoming. As the year closes and a new cycle approaches, this session is devoted to connecting with the version of you that is quietly rising beneath the surface—the self who is ready, aligned, and deeply true.

Through breath, intention, and the soothing frequencies of the bowls, we’ll soften the old layers, awaken inner clarity, and create space for the self you are becoming to emerge with ease. This is a moment to listen inward, to rise gently, and to step toward your next chapter with grounded confidence and an open heart.

✨ Stepping into my sound, my purpose, and my power. ✨

A few weekends ago I had the honor of playing my bowls at the Cast Your Vision women’s retreat hosted by Debbie Hieser — and the magic was real.

I got to sit in circle with 22 incredibly powerful women, each on their own path of expansion, healing, and awakening.
Holding space with sound in moments like this reminds me exactly why I do what I do.

This is where my heart lives.
This is where my passion rises.
And this is the woman I’ve always been — finally meeting herself fully. 🤍

I’m endlessly grateful to everyone who shared their energy, their stories, and their vision.
And to Debbie, thank you for creating a container where women can come home to themselves

Here’s to more retreats, more connection, more alignment…
and more sound healing woven into the lives and hearts of this amazing community.
