🏙️We had a fantastic time in the Windy City🏙️

➡️Day 2 & 3 of our Summit: We learned about using an evidence based diagnostic process as well as effective treatments to help reduce patient burden for those suffering with tinnitus. While there is no CURE for tinnitus there are treatments that can provide measurable results in the reduction of tinnitus.
➡️We heard from Patrick Lynch, Esq. the CEO of the American Tinnitus Association, Dr. Kelly Reavis, PhD, MPH, MS, CCC-A who shared her research on tinnitus related to our veterans as well as several other guest speakers.
➡️Our team is committed to continuing education in an effort to offer you the VERY best care here on the First Coast.

💖🦻October is National Audiology Awareness Month!🦻💖
We've had patients ask what the Au.D. meant on some of the name tags they see around our office. Au.D. stands for Doctor of Audiology, a professional doctorate degree that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment and management of hearing, balance disorders and other auditory issues through coursework and extensive clinical training. At First Coast Audiology we are so proud of the care, commitment and expertise our team of Audiologists provide to our community!

👻🍩🎃Amber took a trip to Cinotti's in Jacksonville Beach this week!🎃🍩👻 Cinotti's is a family-owned bakery and sandwich shop that has been serving the Jacksonville community since 1936!! She picked up some of their seasonal pumpkin donuts & some iced cookies to drop off to one our referring physician offices and a few sweets for our office too (look at those cute pumpkins & ghosts!). Check out Cinotti's if you are ever in the area!
