As the Clinical Supervisor of the Fernandina Beach office, Josie has been an essential part of the Beaches family for over 10 years. Her commitment runs deep: she is always helping others, works hard, and consistently demonstrates accountability and reliability. Whether it’s showing up early, staying late, or stepping in wherever she is needed, Josie sets the standard for excellence.
But what truly makes Josie shine is the energy she brings into the office. She keeps the team smiling with her quick wit and endless jokes, creating an environment where staff can work hard while still having fun. Not only is Josie committed to her team, she is also committed to every single animal that she comes across. If you happened to ever work at our previous Fernandina location, you would understand! It was literally a petting zoo. Josie "The Animal Whisper", left no animal hungry nor shy. Her squirrel jumped in my car with me one day thinking I was going to take him to Zaxby's!!
