It's time for an update on our school of massage: I had been encouraged by several individuals to contact our State Representatives regarding my application at the IL Board of Higher Education. I am happy to report that I received a prompt response and found out that our application is 11th in line. The wonderful secretary at the Representatives office said she was going to continue to seek support on how we can get this process expedited. So since December 8th we have come up 10 spots. I am still praying that we can start classes mid to late August. So if we could get approved by May and start enrollment that would be awesome 🙌 Keep praying for us 🙏 In the meantime we will continue planning ways to make learning fun and full of purpose!

Stress, doubt, worry, fear, and hustle...I am sure you could add to the list! These things plague us on all levels (mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional). There is something about pushing back and taking the time (even when we "feel like we can't") to pause, rest, pray, breathe, detox, decompress, and simply be still. God meets you there, and it's transformative. It changes your thoughts, it changes your perspective, and changes your trajectory!
