Oakland 360 Care Center with in the Philip Henry center 48980 Woodward Ave Pontiac MI is open Monday to Friday 12pm-7pm, and Saturday and Sunday 11am-5pm. (Medical and Behavioral Health Services available)

Our Baldwin Center Walk-In Clinic is open Saturdays from 10 AM – 6 PM for medical care. If something popped up during the week, come get it checked out before the new week begins.

Healthcare shouldn’t depend on where someone sleeps at night.

That’s why Honor Community Health’s Mobile Care Team is out in the community, visiting shelters across Oakland County to provide medical and behavioral health services to individuals and families facing barriers to care.

Because the need continues to grow, we’ve launched a special initiative at a local shelter serving women and children. Our pediatric clinicians, program residents, and dedicated support staff are stepping up to bring compassionate care directly to families who need it the most.

We’re always looking for new locations where our Mobile Care Team can help. If your shelter or organization is interested in partnering with us, please call 248-724-7600 and ask for our Homeless Coordinator to learn more.

Did you know students at Pontiac High School have access to medical and behavioral health services right on campus?
