Committed to safety. Dedicated to care.

In recognition of World Day for Safety and Health at Work, we’re proud to highlight our team’s continued commitment to creating a safe, healthy environment for everyone.

Recently, our staff came together for a day of safety training, job compliance, and hands-on learning, all focused on strengthening how we support one another and those we serve.

Because safety isn’t just a requirement, it’s a responsibility we share.
At Honor Community Health, we are always learning, always improving, and always striving to be better for:
-Each other
-Our patients
-The communities we serve

Thank you to our team for showing up, engaging, and prioritizing safety every day.

Our team doesn’t clock out of the mission!

April is National Volunteer Month, and at Honor Community Health, volunteering looks a little different.

While we may not always have traditional outside volunteers, our staff are our volunteers.

Anytime you see an Honor Community Health team member outside of our clinic walls or beyond business hours, whether it’s at community expos, health fairs, school events, or local parades, just know they are there because they believe in our mission.
They show up.
They give their time.
They represent Honor with heart.

Our team doesn’t just work in the community, they are part of it.
Thank you to our staff and our families for truly living out our mission each and every day.

Celebrating the people behind the care!

Over the past few weeks, while our team remained focused on preparing for our recent HRSA Operational Site Visit, we also took time to recognize the incredible professionals who help make Honor Community Health stronger every day.

1. Administrative Professionals Day
A special thank you to Diane and Daniel, two individuals who truly are the backbone of our organization. Their dedication, organization, and support help keep everything moving so our teams can provide the best care possible.

2. National Dental Hygienist Week
Thank you to our dental hygiene team for promoting healthy smiles and improving the overall health of our patients through prevention, education, and compassionate care.

3. Health Information Professionals Week
To our medical records and health information team — thank you for the vital work you do behind the scenes to ensure patient information is accurate, secure, and accessible.

Every role matters. Every person matters.
Together, we continue to build healthier communities.

Feeling Grateful for Our Incredible Community

At Honor Community Health, we’re excited to share that our recent HRSA Operational Site Visit (OSV) was a success! While we’re proud of our team’s preparation and hard work, this achievement wouldn’t be complete without recognizing something just as important, our amazing community!

As part of our visit preparations, we highlighted local spots to explore and places to eat so reviewers could experience the area we’re so proudly serve. Not only did they take our recommendations, they truly enjoyed them and shared how welcoming and wonderful their experiences were.

That feedback means everything to us.

It reinforces what we’ve always known: the community we serve is something special. From local businesses to the patients and families who trust us with their care, you help create an environment that is supportive, vibrant, and full of heart.

Thank you for showing up, for being you, and for helping us make such a meaningful impression.

We’re honored to serve you, every single day.

We’re proud to share a successful HRSA OSV Visit!

Our team recently completed a site visit with the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) as part of the Operational Site Visit (OSV) process and we’re thrilled with how it went.

This achievement reflects the dedication, collaboration, and excellence our staff brings every day to ensure high-quality care for our patients and community. From clinical services to compliance and patient experience, our team truly showcased what makes our organization exceptional.

A special thank you to every department who contributed your preparation, teamwork, and commitment did not go unnoticed. And a SPECIAL Thank You to our Board- it was mentioned more then once that we have a great board that knew the ins and outs of the services we provide but also had 100% participation durning their portion of the visit.

We remain committed to continuous improvement and delivering accessible, compassionate care to those we serve.

Way to go, team!
