A little from Pam herself: I grew up in the small town of Okolona, MS. I have lived in the Tupelo area since 1989. I am currently a student at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, School of Nursing, in Jackson, MS, pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice. I received my associate's degree in nursing from the University of North Alabama in 2023, and my Master of Nursing Practice from the University of MS Medical Center, School of Nursing in 2025. I have over 20 years of combined nursing experience in acute, chronic, and post-surgical patient care, home health nursing, clinical nurse management, and acute, chronic, and home dialysis.
I have a wonderful husband, four grown children, four grandchildren, and two precious fur babies that make my life busy and complete. I value the importance of education and enjoy teaching family, friends, and patients about the importance of living a healthy life and promoting self-care and disease management. I believe it is important as healthcare workers to listen to our patients, work with them to create healthy and sustainable living plans and collaborate with all resources available to assist my patients and their loved ones in maintaining their health and dignity.
I am proud to be given the opportunity to join Rebecca Butler and the incredible team at Acute Care and Family Clinic in caring for the citizens of Pontotoc County and the surrounding areas. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you and providing you and your families with competent, compassionate, and evidence-based medical care.
