Dr. Ruben Diaz, Interventional Pain Management specialist with Optim Pain Management, recently spoke with members of the YMCA of Coastal Georgia Islands branch about one of the most common challenges we all face as we age - pain.

He shared insights on how age-related conditions like arthritis, joint pain, and back pain don’t have to be something you "live with." From targeted injections to minimally invasive procedures, Dr. Diaz emphasized that treatment plans can and should be tailored to each individual’s needs and lifestyle.

We were proud to have the opportunity to showcase Optim Medical Center-Tattnall to the Georgia Hospital Association’s leadership team during their Summer road trip tour. A big thank you to GHA leaders Caylee Noggle, Anna Adams, Keri Conley, Carie Summers, Andy Parsons, and Bill Wylie for taking the time to visit and meet with our team.
