We recently removed a comment from our page that contained offensive and racist language. While the comment itself has been taken down, the issue it reflects is real and it is important to be clear that racism and bias are not tolerated at Prime Care of Georgia.
We are proud of the culture we have built. Every provider in our practice has taken the Hippocratic Oath, which states:
“I will not permit considerations of religion, nationality, race, party politics, or social standing to intervene between my duty and my patient.”
Our physicians come from different backgrounds, one born in the United States and another who proudly completed the legal immigration process to become a U.S. citizen but they share the same commitment: providing compassionate, equitable medical care to every patient.
Healthcare in the United States is, and always has been, diverse. In medical situations, patients are treated based on need — not appearance, background, or belief.
It is disappointing that Robert chose to express himself in this way. We sincerely hope he never faces a medical emergency, but if he does, we hope he receives care without prejudice — just as our providers deliver to all patients every day.
Should he ever wish to reconsider, he is welcome to contact our office to schedule an appointment.
