Wait times are short. Dr. Hightower has a great bedside manner and thoroughly explains everything in an understandable way.
His office staff is very friendly and professional.

I would like to compliment Braxton who drew my blood. I am a very hard stick due to small rolling veins and fibromyalgia. He was very professional and kind. He made sure that I was okay due my low patient threshold. One tech said just poor some blood into another vial to make sure that they have enough. He said no. He had the patience to try another vein and was very successful. In addition, he took the time to place a warm pack on the vein that blew that was turning blue. He knows his stuff and displays patient kindness and compassion. He needs to teach the entire staff how to treat senior citizens and all patients. He is AWESOME!

I’m so thankful I made the change to see Dr Poe. She wanted to really see the whole picture and asked so many questions. There was no rushing or just moving onto the next one. I highly recommend every part of Dr Poe and the SouthCoast team. It’s been a long time since I had an actual good time at the doctors.

Dr. Kayla Poe was amazing! Dr. Sliker is my doctor, but I needed to be seen a bit sooner than he was able to get me in. I felt well taken care of and all of my issues were addressed. I felt heard, she was empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and she felt like a friend. I love my doctor, Dr. Sliker, but I really enjoyed meeting with her as well! 🤗

I had my first visit with Dr Mishal Patel for a routine check-up, and I had a very positive experience. Dr. Patel was professional, kind, and thorough throughout the entire appointment.
