This is a great student practicing mind-body connection with me ☺️
Private yoga is a practice that is tailored to meet individual needs, goals, and abilities. It's a one-on-one session between the practitioner and the yoga teacher where the practice is different from classes.
I love classes, don’t take me wrong, but the private session experience allows me to share my knowledge way more in-depth than teaching a class, especially a large class.
In 1:1 I give full attention to my student, ensuring proper learning, inspiration, alignment, safety, progress, and mind-body calmness.
Private yoga is important for several reasons.

You pick between taking your session either online, at my studio, or your home (if you live near my work area). You also choose your pace. This gives you more control over your learning experience.
✔️Flexibility. Private practice allows you to schedule sessions at your convenience, making it easier to incorporate into your schedule.
✔️More Feedback. With individual attention, you are given immediate feedback and corrections on your posture, alignment, and technique, which can help prevent injury and improve your practice.
