PARC Rehab was established in 1990. We are one of the first rehabilitation centers in our area to offer Physical/ Occupational/ Speech Therapy all at the same facility. We specialize in a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, pediatric, and cardio/pulmonary disorders. The Occupational Therapist at the Poplar Bluff PARC, aid patients in recovering from the social, emotional, and physical impacts of an injury or illness. The goal of OT is to reduce pain, increase strength, and improve range of motion by fostering an environment where patients can live independently.

The Occupational Therapist provide recommendations for injury prevention, energy conservation, ergonomics, joint protection, adaptive equipment and custom splint fabrication.

Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational therapy enables individuals to regain essential skills for self-care and independent living following an illness, injury, or surgery. Whether recovering from a stroke, hip fracture, debility, or amputation, Occupational Therapy focuses on facilitating a return to daily life activities through purposeful tasks.

Meet Ashlee Davidson, Occupatiinal Therapist and Kayla Schaffer Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. They provide Occupational Therapy at the Malden PARC.

Occupational Therapy addresses physical, cognitive, and psychosocial limitations that impact daily living. Outpatient OT can be beneficial for individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or those suffering from chronic conditions.

In celebration of Occupational Therapy month, we would like to introduce Rebekah Buchanan, OTR/D and Tabitha Caudel, COTA.

Rebekah and Tabitha provide pediatric therapy services to children with disabilities or developmental delays of all ages. Pediatric OT focuses on development through play, practice, and collaboration with caregivers to help children be successful in all areas of life.
