Grant Collins PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Southwest
Baptist University in 2008. He was the first Doctorate trained physical therapist practicing in Poplar Bluff. Over
the past five years, he has practiced in a variety of settings with greatest emphasis on Outpatient Orthopedics. In
2013, Dr. Collins became a Board Certified Clinical Specialis
t in Orthopedics (OCS) thru the American Board of
Physical Therapy Specialties. In 2014, he completed his manual therapy certification (CMPT) through the North
American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Practicing in rural areas with limited availability of clinical
specialist, Dr. Collins has developed a wide array of physical therapy skills allowing him to treat patients with a
variety of conditions including: neurological conditions, vestibular conditions, aquatic therapy, pediatric and
geriatric rehabilitation. Less than 10 percent of therapist achieve the status of Board Certified Clinical Specialist. Orthopedic Clinical
Specialists make up less than 5 percent of the Licensed Physical Therapist in the United States.
