Hi everyone!
Many of you are aware that Andrew lost his home in the Friday, March 14th, tornado outbreak.
For those that aren't, in the overnight hours of Friday the 14th into Saturday, and EF3 tornado hit the town of Poplar Bluff. Over 500 homes were damaged or destroyed, many people were injured, and one man lost his life.
For Andrew, he rode the storm out in our clinic(which is in a basement), so he is safe, and for that, we are grateful 😊
So many people have reached out asking how they can help, and since he lost everything, we felt the easiest way was to start a registry on Amazon(you will find the link in the post).
All help is greatly appreciated ❤️

Due to the tornado that came through Friday night, our phones and the internet are both out. We plan to be open and see clients. However, paying by debit/credit card may not be an option.

Hey Everyone!!

From here on you will only get appointment confirmations through Vagaro :)
We can customize how you receive them, either by email, text or a push notification from the app.
Anyone who hasn't filled out the new form will also get that via text or email.

We are also turning off the request appointment feature on Mindbody.

Hey Everyone!
We are so very close to having the software changeover complete!

For the rest of this week(8/19-8/23) we will leave the double confirmations on, then we will turn off the ones from Mindbody starting the following week(8/26). We will also turn off the "Request an Appointment" feature on Mindbody as well.

You will also start getting a link by text/email to fill out a form on Vagaro, similar to the Intake Form you originally completed.

We will keep you updated here as we continue this changeover!

Hi Everyone!
We are still implementing the new software, and it is going smoothly!

For a short time you may receive text/email confirmations from both Mindbody and Vagaro. We will do this for a couple of weeks just to make sure no appointments get unconfirmed.

We will also start sending out digital forms for everyone to fill out for Vagaro, you may receive it by text and email, but you only have to do one of them.

We are excited to announce our new partnership with the scheduling platform Vagaro!

This will be a working transition, so for the near future we are suspending all online/app booking. We apologize for this inconvenience and will be up and running soon. Vagaro also has an app that is user friendly!
