Forrest Health’s Swing Bed program provides extended care for patients who need additional treatment before returning home after a hospital stay. The Forrest Health Swing Bed program is available to patients requiring physical therapy, nursing, and other skilled care after leaving an acute care facility. Starting tomorrow, all Emergency Room traffic, including personal vehicles and EMS, must enter from West Moody Street through the new front entrance of the Emergency Department.

The previous back entrance to the Emergency Department will be closed as construction moves into its next phase.
