First Room is available currently, it is 108 square feet (12ft. x 9ft.) unfurnished, room includes a sink and has a window facing out over a community garden. Rent is $500/month including utilities and internet. There is a bright furnished lobby for your clients to use but does not include front desk or front desk services. Facility has 1 bathroom that is shared, and includes kitchen with microwave and small fridge. Parking is on the street in front of the building or in small parking lot behind the building.
Second room will be available soon and is 100 square feet (13.5ft x 7.5ft), includes a sink and has two windows, one facing south and one facing west. The above stated building amenities are included. Rent is $500 for this room as well and includes utilities and internet.
