This course takes you into a deep dive in understanding how mitochondrial function ties into having real energy, less inflammation, less chronic disease.
The 8 week course includes:
12 weeks of access to a strength training app, and tips of how to fit this into your life. (This alone is valued at $180)
Weekly classes that cover the following
How strength training improves energy and mitochondrial function, bone density, and energy prevention
Breath practices to regulate your nervous system, and fight inflammation (plus I'll explain the why behind this)
Gradual nutrition changes over 8 weeks to help you fuel/feel your best, and succeed at it
Incorporate tips on how to change based on human psychology
Weekly recipes to try
Option to create movement groups to motivate each other
Access to borrow books that support this classes lessons
Classes run every Tuesday for 8 weeks, starting Tues, Jan 21st at Shore Aquatic Center
