Cancellation appointments are now available to non-clients!

My practice has been closed to new clients for several years, as I’ve been at full capacity and want to ensure my regular clients can book the appointments they need consistently. I’m still booking out a couple of months in advance, so I’m not able to take on anyone looking for a regular, ongoing schedule at this time.

That said, I do feel that I am now able to open up cancellation appointments to non-clients. If you’re not currently a client but are flexible and okay with occasionally grabbing a last-minute opening, keep an eye on my Facebook and Instagram pages, where I’ll post any available cancellation spots. 🥰

Hi everyone, I wanted to send a quick reminder about the cancellation policy for Olympic Peninsula Massage.

I completely understand that unexpected illness and emergencies can come up, and I always do my best to make allowances in those situations. However, I’ve recently had a few same-day cancellations where clients were already feeling unwell the day before their appointment but waited until the morning of to cancel.

When cancellations happen with very short notice, it is often difficult for me to fill that appointment time. This not only impacts my schedule and income, but also prevents other clients from being able to book that time.

I kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell or think you may need to cancel, please provide as much notice as possible—ideally at least 24 hours in advance.

I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as it helps me continue providing the best care for all of my clients.
