Please join us is saying goodbye to the magical Pamela Paine. Pamela started with OPCC in 2022 as an Outreach Specialist. She quickly advanced to out Outreach Lead, and was promoted to Arrest and Jail Alternative Case Manager in 2023. In addition to this, Pam worked with our law enforcement partners as a co responder. During her time with us, Pam changed lives and made once in a lifetime connections with individuals who do not connect with other easily. Her participants will miss her. OPCC will miss her. Thank you for all you do, Pam. We wish you all the luck in your new position. They are lucky to have you.

The opioid crisis has affected everyone from homeowners to individuals. Whatever the problem, community is the answer.

The Addictions, Drug, and Alcohol Institute (ADAI) received legislative funding via the Washington State Health Care Authority to develop regional strategies to improve law enforcement interactions with people who suffer from drug use. These regional strategies aim to decrease stigma and improve community relationships. The opioid crisis has affected everyone from homeowners to individuals. Whatever the problem, community is the answer.
