Facts: none of these are “better” than the other

Here’s what matters: tension, intention, and getting close to muscle failure.

Your muscle doesn’t know the name of the move.
It knows load, time under tension, and effort… which is why we don’t believe in one “right” way to train a muscle group, and give you multiple options for each exercise, and in any given LIFT class you’ll see multiple moves being executed within the class… because we TEACH our members how to target their muscles in a way that feels safe and effective.

Our first full year open.

Our business name was “AvailFit” and our tag line was “Inspire. Empower. Unite.” - mic drop 🎤

POUND was our most popular class, but we also offered PiYo, INSANITY, BootyBarre and Turbo Kick - it was the age of branded certifications / classes.

We had 1 studio, and the mirrors on the wall were mismatched & mid-shaped because we were broke and got them for free from estate sales around town 😅

We had no mic and gave zero F’s. We just yelled 😂

Our current instructor space in the back of Studio A was a playroom, and members brought their kids. It was madness, but we made it work.

Yes, make all the vision boards 💫 but then show up.

Doing the work looks like:

Showing uo at 5 am bc it’s the only time that will work with your schedule.

Continuing to show up, when no one is clapping for you anymore.

Realizing that slow progress will always beat no progress.

Being proud of having a bad workout, when you could have just canceled.

Don’t let someone else’s hi-light reel derail your real life, teal-time efforts.

Keep showing up 💥
