Our Ride Prep Workshop is back ⚡️ take a 90-minute deep dive into the art + athleticism of rhythm riding.

✨ 60 minutes to break it down: form, cadence, rhythm drills.

✨ 30 minutes to put it all together with an epic ride.

Because showing up is one thing… but showing up with confidence just hits different.

You’ll leave knowing how to:
⚡️Ride to the beat (yes, even if you swear you “have no rhythm”).

My “fitness journey” has not always been all rainbows & self-love ✌️ … can you relate?

In my 20’s, it was high intensity, 2-a-days and color coded containers… or nothing at all.

Through pregnancies, I struggled mentally with losing strength and stamina.

Postpartum I ebbed between using it as a means to “bounce back” and as a lifeline.

A lifeline to something that was for me. I’d daydream about a time when I could make it through a full workout, without having to stop to nurse a baby, or entertain a curious toddler.

Now those days are a distant memory.

I’ve rebuilt and surpassed my strength, lost it, and rebuilt again. Multiple times.

The future is expansive. Freedom is on the horizon.

Now I daydream about backpacking with my future grandchildren.

Or walking miles upon miles of coastline with my husband, long after we’ve retired and turned grey.

At the end of the day, do I love tap-backs on a bike, or challenging lifts? Absolutely.

but in 30 years, it’s the reps I put in today that will make life easier then.

I’m so grateful to have found a movement practice, and community to help me shape what my health will look like, 40 years from now.
