Super bummed I won’t be able to have a table doing sports massage at the Elwha Canoe Journeys. It was a last minute possibility but I heard back yesterday they didn’t have a space available despite trying.
So I will just be there as a patron which will be lots of fun anyway!

I can almost always say my clients will leave feeling better mentally. But when you get the physical relief as well it’s always so exciting and fulfilling.
“I can touch my toes”
“I can take a deep chest breath in”
“I can move my neck”
Might sound small, but those little movements are major when you’re suffering.
I am in the business of wellness and it feels so good to be the highlight of someone’s day

Just got back from a three day Masdage Therapist Retreat. I’ve been going the last two years and I end up always overloading myself with classes and not really enjoying the Grounds. This year I only took one class, and let me tell you that was actually very hard because there were some great ones to sign up for. I decided on Tracy Windmill’s spinal flow and I’m really excited to incorporate more spinal twists into my flow.
Breitenbush Hot Springs is a very special place with a rich history of healing 🙌🏽i

What a wonderful trip. I’m back this week with a few openings. I love taking my work on the road. The weather was perfect and Breakaway Productions always puts on an amazing event. My highlight was getting to work on Andrew Biel - author to Trail Guide to the Body! A little star struck but what a cool opportunity 🤩
Good job to all the racers - maybe one day I’ll bike it 🚲

Made it to the first stop of the Oregon Trail Gravel Grinder. This is my office for the next 5 days.

The owner of the company Miir is racing and my goal is to get him on the table to let him know what a rad company they have 🙌🏽

Andy you make these trips to take my work on the road possible. And when I asked if we could take the moto this time you found a rack and made sure we had it. Even though the Harbor Freight one turned out to be awful you found one on marketplace and swapped them out on the road. Thank you for loading up our bicycles, massage table and moto plus dialing in the camper so we can make it to the !

You’re def in the running for Employee of the Year - Its between you and me haha!
