Who is ALICE?
ALICE stands for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed—working families who live paycheck to paycheck and often don’t qualify for traditional assistance. United Way MSJC supports local programs that help these families thrive by addressing real community needs using data, not stereotypes.
