Front Desk/Patient Check-In Receptionist:
Daily chart preparation for upcoming appointments, registration/checking in all patients during clinic hours, collecting co-payments and any prior balances on patient accounts, answering phones/routing calls, assisting walk in patients with payments/appointments/products, electronically faxing progress notes to referring physicians on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and strives for accuracy. Experience with insurance, electronic medical records (eClinical Works) and payment posting is a plus. Hourly pay will be discussed during the interview process and determined based upon experience. Monday - Thursday schedule. Our Story

Dr. Mithani was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. She graduated with a BS from Trinity University and completed medical school at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio. She completed her general surgery residency at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, followed by a fellowship in bariatric and minimally invasive surgery at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. She is board certified in general surgery with a focus in bariatric (weight loss) surgery. In response to her patients growing needs, Dr Mithani has added medical aesthetics to her practice. Dr. Mithani brings more than 10 years of diverse experience to her affiliates, which include The Medical Center Of Southeast Texas, CHRISTUS Southeast Texas St. Mary, and CHRISTUS Southeast Texas - St. Elizabeth.
