We could not have asked for better weather and a more beautiful night under the ✨stars ✨ we moved through yin yoga poses to move into our bodies and out of our minds and we drummed to balance our chakras while doing so. We released from our minds and bodies what no longer serves us and the wind took it away as it blew gently. The noises of the nighttime bugs and creatures hummed in the background as the gentle instruments played to keep us in a space of peace and ease. There was a remembering of just how small we are as we all looked into the vastness of the beautiful night sky. What a beautiful last outdoor class with Intuitive Peace Yoga Studio for this season! Join us for our Yin & Sound Series that starts on Oct 30 and goes for 4 weeks 🙏🏻❤️🎉🙏🏻
