You are experiencing a great shift, which is helping you understand yourself in ways that were previously impossible. This is an exciting time. You are connecting with the highest form of intelligence within you, the body of light within you is growing brighter, and you are becoming aware of how your actions and choices affect the unfolding of your future. The bright light you are is expressing itself unapologetically.

ABOUT
The I AM Presence is frequently mentioned in the ascended master teachings. It’s the individualized presence of the Divine that rests within us all. Personally, I see no difference between the I AM Presence and what other people call the inner teacher or higher self. It’s the aspect of divinity that lies within us, offering us great wisdom. It’s the inner Buddha or Christ consciousness. It’s the part of our soul that has never forgotten that it’s connected to divine love. Even when our faith is challenged, there’s a part of us that knows there’s something out (or in) there, and it’s the I AM.

This card is the gateway that allows you to reflect upon the fact that this incredible infinite divine being is within you, always aligned with love and always offering wisdom. For a long time, the I AM has been dormant and we have been encouraged to believe we are insignificant and powerless, but the more we connect with the Divine, the more we realize that it’s resting gently within us. We are the Divine expressing itself. We are a facet of the God particle having an individual experience, but we are part of the whole.

Valuing yourself has everything to do with raising your vibration. It helps you recognize that you are deserving of growth and learning. It reminds you that you are deserving of carving out a pathway to success in whatever way you see fit.
The Universe sees you as worthy because you are an extension of its greatness. Do you see yourself as worthy? Your capacity to create a sense of abundance is based on your capacity to believe how worthy you actually are.

Today you are encouraged to see yourself in a loving way and know you are worthy. You are worthy because abundance is inherent in the Universe and you are a facet of the Universe. You are worthy because love is who you are. You are worthy because you are dedicated to walking the pathway of truth. You are worthy because authenticity is shining from the core of your being.

Vibe of the Week

As we move deeper into fall and draw closer to Samhain, the veil between worlds grows thinner. You may notice dreams that feel more real than real, or gentle whispers from those who’ve crossed over. This week’s cards remind us how to walk that line between the seen and unseen, with heart, grounding, and trust.

The Hermit- The darkness isn’t something to fear. It’s the quiet where your inner lantern glows brightest. Slow down, listen inward, and let your own light guide the way.

Six of Cups- The ancestors are near. Memories, dreams, and signs may surface, receive them with love, not sorrow. Light a candle, speak their names, honor the bond that never fades.

Queen of Pentacles- Root yourself in the here and now. Nourish your body, tend your home, and keep your energy grounded as you move through this sacred shift.
As the light fades and the shadows lengthen, remember, we are part of both worlds, spirit and soil, dusk and dawn. Let this season draw you inward, but always keep a spark burning toward the returning light.

As we move through this energy I encourage you to journal about your dreams, keep a candle burning (I prefer battery operated tea lights) for your ancestors, and balance your spiritual work with simple, earthly rituals like enjoying a cup of tea, snuggling in some blankets, and spending some time in nature.

Reiki Level 1 this weekend was such a beautiful experience.
A heartfelt thank you to Daisy and Kayla for joining Nance and me. Watching the very beginning of your healing journey is such a gift, and I’m beyond grateful you chose to share it with us.
You are both radiant souls, and I know you’ll do incredible things as you share the healing energy of Reiki with the world. Wherever your path leads, remember you are deeply loved and divinely held.
May each day bring you the peace, love, beauty, and blessings you so fully deserve.

With coffee in hand, I’m stepping into Reiki Level 1 – Day 2.
Today holds the beauty of practice and the sacred gift of attunement. Watching these incredible women open their hearts and step onto their healing paths is nothing short of magical. 💜 Here’s to new beginnings, transformation, and the light they’ll carry forward into the world.

✨ It’s one of my favorite weekends here at Eclectic Hedge! ✨
Today and tomorrow we’re holding our Reiki Level 1 Class, and this time I have the joy of co-hosting with my dear friend and former student, Reiki Master Nance DeBarr.
The energy, friendship, love, and healing that flow around the class table are always nothing short of magical. I can’t wait to see the connections and transformations that unfold this weekend.
