Sessions are treatment oriented using a CBT approach and I also do a lot of work with adults who were abused as children. I work with many dually diagnosed clients -substance abuse and mental illness. Referrals are made if medications are needed. I see a number of clients with post-traumatic stress disorder and complicated trauma experiences.
