Our lymphatic system is an amazing ! In todays modern world we are marketed to death! Be choosy on what you place on your skin and in your body. Lymphatic vessels are present in the dermis and epidermis of the skin, collecting excess interstitial fluid, proteins, and waste products that blood vessels cannot. This lymph is then transported to lymph nodes, where it is filtered and processed.

These pictures speak volumes of our body's healing capacity. Fracture of the humerus and shattered the radius and ulna at the elbow. Major surgery with plates and screws. Before picture is 4 weeks post-op when we started with lymphatic drainage to address the swelling, the middle picture is after 5 sessions of scar therapy, and the last picture is from todays session 6 with beautiful results on her scar and she has an almost
full range of motion!
