As a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience running a clinic, Nancy didn’t just build this practice, she fought to keep it standing through some of the most difficult times. From navigating personal hardships to facing the challenges of running a medical office in a changing healthcare landscape, Nancy’s strength and determination never wavered.

Through it all, her commitment to her patients and her community remained the priority. She’s continued to lead with compassion, showing up every day to make sure those in pain have a place to turn for support, relief, and hope.

Pain isn’t one-size-fits-all and the best way for us to help is by knowing exactly what you’re feeling. That’s where the Pain Scale comes in:

🔢 Rate your pain from 0 to 10:

0 – No pain

2-3 – Mild: You feel it, but you can keep going

4-6 – Moderate: Hard to ignore, interfering with daily tasks

7-9 – Severe: Sharp, constant, or unbearable

10 – The worst pain imaginable. You feel like you’re dying.

💡 There’s no “wrong” answer, what matters is being honest. Your number helps us choose the right treatment and track your progress.

🗣️ So next time we ask, “What’s your pain level?” take a moment, check in with your body, and let us know.

🌟 Meet the Team: Jessica Fils, Office Manager 🌟

If you’ve been to our office, chances are you’ve met Jessica! She’s been part of our family for 18 years, starting right out of high school and working her way from front desk to medical assistant, clinical manager, and now office manager.

Jessica has done it all and knows just about everything there is to know about pain management. Her dedication to our patients is unmatched, and many of you have known her since her very first day here.

💛 Fun Fact: Jessica is a proud mom of three children and loves sunflowers.

Here’s a look at the Nupera treatment. Nupera is a non-invasive therapy designed to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and help relieve chronic pain caused by neuropathy.
