Just started Invisalign? Read this first.
The first 7 days can make or break your results.
Here’s what matters most:
1. Wear time (20–22 hours daily)
2. Proper use of chewies
3. Removing trays correctly
4. Calling us if something feels off
Soreness, attachments, even a slight lisp? Totally expected.
What’s not normal = not wearing them enough.
