We’ve made checking in for your appointment faster and easier — all done through a series of simple text messages! Following all 4 steps will shorten your time in the office

Step 1 - Appointment Verification Text
You’ll receive a text message verifying the date and time of your appointment. Please review and ensure the details are correct.

Step 2 - Appointment Confirmation Text
You must confirm your appointment to move forward with conveniently completing your check-in items ahead of time.

Step 3 - Check-In Text
This text message is used to verify and update the patient’s personal information. Completing this step is required to finalize your check-in and will shorten your time in the waiting room!

Step 4 - Surveys Text (if applicable)
You’ll receive this text if the patient’s visit requires surveys to be completed. Complete them from your phone ahead of your visit — no need to log into the portal. This will shorten your time in the exam room!
